We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online or to third parties. In some cases, this site MAY contain links to other sites that are not under our control. These Web sites have their own policies regarding privacy, which you should review before visiting them. We have no responsibility for linked Web sites and provide these links solely for the convenience and information of our visitors.

Security

Protecting your information is a priority for us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. To check the security of your connection, look at the status bar of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site will change from "http" to "https."

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you won't be able to connect to the server and therefore won't be able to place an order through an insecure connection. If you cannot access the secure server for any reason, please place your order by phone using the telephone number provided in the "help" area.

Cookies: A cookie is a small data file that Web sites often store on your computer's hard drive when you visit their sites. This site uses cookies, but we do not store personally identifiable information in your cookie.

Returns

We will accept returns, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase provided (in the case of apparel) that the product has not been laundered. We will also, within that same period, accept returns of laundered product that exhibits a defect in material or craftsmanship.

We will accept exchanges in size on apparel items within 30 days of purchase providing that the item has not been laundered. In cases where an appropriate size is out of stock, you may select a product of equal value or obtain a refund.

We cannot accept returns without proof of purchase validated by either an order number on your emailed "Order Confirmation" or by a packing slip. All Order Confirmations include a note instructing that they be retained for this purpose.

To facilitate a return, please contact Customer Service using the telephone number listed in the contact customer service section. A representative will instruct you on return shipping and will credit the amount of purchase, not including freight, to your credit card or account.

For your security, we do not maintain a record of your credit card information. When returning a product that was purchased with your credit card, you will be asked to provide that information again.

Sales Tax

Appropriate sales tax is applied to orders shipping within the state of California. If you believe that you have been taxed in error, please contact Customer Service using the customer service section of this site.

Freight

At checkout, the purchase amount of your order is used to calculate the shipping charges.

An email will be sent with tracking numbers with your order confirmation. Until then, please contact Customer Service section if you feel that your order is past due.

Please note that orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii require "overnight" service.

Quantity Orders

To inquire about placing large quantity orders or orders in excess of units shown on hand, please contact Customer Service section of this site. It is often the case that we can facilitate these orders if you are willing to accept delayed delivery.  If large quantity orders are met we do support pricing for a volume discount.
